• Hand stripping available, please enquire for a tailored quote for your dog.
• We understand how important service animals are so we offer a 10% discount for any registered service animals so that they can feel smart while they are doing their very important jobs!
• Please enquire for larger breeds as we want to make sure that your dog has enough space in our van!
• If your dog’s coat is matted there will be a £10 surcharge. The comfort of the dog is absolutely paramount for us so we will have to take the time to carefully cut out any matted fur. If the coat is badly matted then there may be no other option than to clip the whole coat short.
• An extra charge will be applied if there are fleas on the dog as we will need to treat it with flea shampoo and deep clean the van.
• Which price category your dog falls into will be down to our discretion and we may charge more for dogs that have coats with additional requirements.
